2.1 Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days from the date of successful order confirmation and payment authorization.
2.2 Orders are not processed, packed or shipped on Sundays, public holidays or other non-working days, unless expressly stated.
2.3 During sale periods, festive seasons, peak demand or due to operational constraints, processing may take longer than usual.
3. Shipping Charges

5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

5.3 It is your responsibility to provide a valid and active email address and accurate shipping details for order updates.
6. Delivery Address
6.1 You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, pin code, mobile number and recipient details at the time of placing the order.
6.2 We will not be responsible for delay, non-delivery or additional charges arising due to incorrect, incomplete or insufficient shipping information provided by you.
6.3 If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal to accept delivery or customer unavailability, we reserve the right to charge re-shipping fees before re-dispatch.
7. Multiple Products and Partial Shipments
7.1 If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them together or separately depending on stock availability, packaging requirements and logistics convenience.
7.2 In case of partial shipment, you will only be charged the amount confirmed at checkout, and the remaining items will be shipped as available or handled in accordance with our refund and cancellation policy.
8. Delivery Attempts

8.2 If the recipient is unavailable after the permitted attempts, the shipment may be marked undelivered and returned to us.
8.3 In such cases, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.
9. Delayed, Lost or Undelivered Shipments

10. Damaged Package or Missing Items
10.1 If the package appears tampered with, damaged or open at the time of delivery, please do not accept it where possible, or record the issue immediately.
10.2 If you receive a damaged package, wrong item or missing item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at komalonline.in@gmail.com with:
- your order number;
- photographs of the package;
- photographs of the item received;
- a short description of the issue.
10.3 We may request additional information before approving a replacement or refund.
11. Cash on Delivery
