Shipping within India

Komal Fashion currently ships to addresses in India. International shipping is not available.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping is ₹79 for orders below ₹999 and free for orders of ₹999 or more. Eligibility is based on the merchandise subtotal after discounts. The applicable charge is displayed at checkout.

Processing and delivery

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation and any required payment verification. Transit normally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. The estimated total time is 4–9 business days; this is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date.

Delivery can take longer during holidays, severe weather or courier disruptions. If an address is not serviceable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and offer a refund of any payment collected. Tracking details will be provided after dispatch when available.

Order changes and delivery problems

Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation before dispatch. If an order is delayed, missing, damaged or incorrect, email komalonline.in@gmail.com with your order number so we can help.
